A $600 deposit is required to secure your date. Any upgrades, add-ons, and extras are confirmed and paid in the week before your party. If additional children attend beyond your booked tier, a $35 per child fee is collected on the day.

  3. Outside food and treats are welcome with advance approval. Just be sure to bring food in re-sealable containers.

  4. Arrive up to 1 hour early to set up before guests arrive

    • We recommend arriving with balloons already inflated

Your reserved party room is 90 minutes. After that, guests are welcome to continue playing in our open play areas — a same-day Day Pass is included for every guest!
We offer four party tiers based on guest count — Classic (up to 16), Deluxe (up to 20), Grand (up to 24), and Ultimate (up to 30). Your tier is selected in the week before your party. If additional children attend beyond your booked tier, a $35 per child fee is collected on the day. We count kids in seats eating pizza — babies in arms don't count, and neither do adults!
Pizza and drinks for kids are included in every tier — the number of pizzas scales with your party size. Gluten-free and dairy-free options are available. You may also bring additional food with prior approval.
Absolutely! Bring your own cake, cupcakes, and decorations. We provide a stand, cutter, and lighter.
Please bring your own candles — we have lighters on hand. We strongly recommend a number candle rather than individual ones — we have a very sensitive smoke alarm and want to keep the celebration going!
Yes! Every guest receives a same-day Day Pass to continue playing in our open play areas after the party room wraps up.
We collect the full party amount upfront to reserve your date. This is fully refundable up to two weeks before the party. Cancellations less than two weeks out are 50% refundable.
Parties book up quickly — we recommend requesting your date as early as possible to secure your preferred weekend. That said, we can sometimes accommodate parties with as little as one week's notice, so don't hesitate to reach out!
We currently focus on weekend parties. Reach out if you're interested in a weekday celebration and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Yes! Once your party is booked, we'll send you a registration link to share with your guests ahead of time. We kindly ask that all guests register before arrival — it only takes a few minutes but makes check-in much smoother for everyone, especially on busy weekends. Your guests will thank you for the heads up!
Yes, there is a parking lot behind Peas with 5 reserved spaces for Peas Playcare. If these spaces are full we suggest using the ParkMobile app to find parking in Nyack and to secure your space.
Unfortunately Peas is not wheelchair accessible — our entrance is up 6 steps. Strollers are welcome in our lobby, which is safe and temperature controlled, or just ask us and we'll happily help carry yours up!
Our party room is fairly spacious so that adults can stay near their little ones, but if they prefer they can hang out in our lounge area with a coffee!
A $600 deposit is required to secure your date — this is fully refundable more than two weeks before your party, and 50% refundable within two weeks. In the week before your party, we'll send you an invoice to confirm and pay for any tier upgrades, add-ons, and extras. If you haven't paid before party day, we can collect in person — just let us know!
