FAQ

$25 for 1 hour, $45 for 2 hours, $60 for 3 hours.
We welcome children from infancy through early elementary ages. Peas is ideal for ages 0-6.
Your child will be supervised by warm and experienced caregivers who love working with little ones. Every Peas team member is background checked, experienced in childcare or early childhood education, CPR/First Aid certified (or completing certification during onboarding), atrained in Peas Playcare’s safety & supervision standards.
To provide individualized attention and safe supervision, we limit drop-off care to 4 children total at a time and infant care is limited to 2 babies per caregiver. These small group sizes allow us to maintain a calm and nurturing environment.
Infants receive gentle and individualized care throughout their visit. They may spend time in our baby room or stay with their caregiver in the main play space — whichever supports their comfort best. Babies are always attended, and we follow the feeding and nap schedule you provide. If your infant shows hunger cues outside that schedule, we’ll comfort them and call you if we believe they may need an earlier feeding.
Children enjoy open-ended play, imaginative setups, cozy corners, and opportunities to explore at their own pace.
For 3-hour sessions, we provide a nut-free snack and a juice box. For 1–2 hour sessions, parents may send an allergy-safe snack if they’d like.
We use gentle transitions and nurturing techniques to help children settle in. If your child struggles to adjust, we’ll call to discuss what you’d like to do.
Yes! While we aren’t able to send text updates, you’re welcome to call anytime during the session for an update.
Labeled water bottle, Snack (optional for 1–2 hour sessions), Change of clothes, Diapers/wipes (if applicable), Comfort item (lovey, pacifier), Bottles (pumped milk or formula) + feeding instructions for infants
If your child is showing any symptoms of illness, please reschedule. Keeping Peas healthy for both children and staff is incredibly important to us.
