A high-energy music & movement class led by a professional musician from Hudson River Kids — singing original songs, playing real percussion instruments, and dancing together. Builds language skills, coordination, and confidence, with caregivers welcome to participate right alongside their kids.

A morning of reflection and community for anyone ready to honor their birth story — through guided reflection, art and writing prompts, and gentle movement, in a confidential, compassionate space. All birth experiences and stages welcome.
