About the Class
Join Emma for a one-of-a-kind, energizing vinyasa yoga practice designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Expect to build heat, open the joints, and calm the nervous system through mindful, flowing movement.
Please bring your own mat. Two yoga blocks and a bolster or blanket are highly encouraged. A limited number of props will be available on site.
About the Instructor
Emma is a mom of three and a Nyack-based yoga instructor who uses yoga as a tool to self-soothe, spark joy, and create ease and spaciousness when life feels overwhelming. She is a 500-hour certified, Katonah Yoga–certified, and Prenatal–certified instructor, and has led retreats, trainings, and mentorships throughout New York and Los Angeles.
