Closing Operations.
Peas is a community space for families. More than just a play space - we’re meant to feel like a home away from home with built in support for young families. We offer open play, a self service coffee bar, drop-off care (babysitting), enrichment classes, birthday parties, and more. Our goal is to be a space that feels safe, joyful, and community-centered, where kids can flourish and parents feel supported.
About Peas:
Who we’re looking for:
Our Closing Operations role ensures Peas ends each day on the right note. This role combines guest-facing hospitality with behind-the-scenes responsibility. From warmly greeting families during the late afternoon to making sure the space is spotless and ready for the next day after closing, this person plays a vital part in keeping Peas running smoothly.
Things don’t always go perfectly - a frustrated parent, a last-minute hiccup, a system that’s moving slow. We need someone who takes these moments in stride: calm, solution-focused, and never rattled. If you take pride in cleanliness, enjoy organizing, and still love being a welcoming presence, this role is for you.
What the job entails:

Greet and check in families and guests during late afternoon hours
Answer questions and provide a friendly, helpful presence
Maintain the coffee bar and tidy up shared areas during the shift

Ability to manage both guest service and closing responsibilities
